Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
SMA has a seasoned quality control department which has about 20 professional quality control staff and an experienced manager. They do incoming and outgoing quality control to ensure every output product is qualified.

All raw materials are inspected before production begins. QC inspections are conducted at each manufacturing stage and packaging line. In addition, random checking is conducted every hour for maximum quality assurance.
All of our products are 100% QC testing incoming material, PCBA, Half-finish, and finished products. 100% of products do battery aging and waterproof testing.
In production, QC will be responsible for inspecting the quality of each stage of production, from assembly to finished product.
